Arrival Education is committed to creating a network for socially and ethnically diverse talent, who have the potential to become the UK’s future leaders across all business sectors. Through the network our aim is to help our diverse talent develop the necessary insights, knowledge, networks and skills, to be able to have great careers in leading businesses.

Great talent isn’t where you come from

We believe that talent isn’t defined by where you come from, what school you went to, or how much your parents earn. For us, “talent” means young people with ambition, drive, openness and the will to succeed in a corporate environment. We don’t focus on academics, we are more interested in cultivating the right skills and behaviours required to do well in the world of work.

Our programmes and networks are made up of passionate and committed young people from socially and ethnically diverse backgrounds from London and around the UK.

Helping thousands of young people reach career and life success

Thousands of ambitious, switched-on socially and ethnically diverse young people leave school or graduate university every year, hoping to build careers in great companies. However, very few currently achieve this.
This is not because they lack the talent, ambition or ability – they have plenty. Rather, what they lack is the knowledge, skills and networks to navigate themselves into leading businesses. Working with our prestigious corporate partners, we help socially and ethnically diverse talent aged 16-26 achieve career and life success.
