What companies have you worked with?

At Arrival Education, we are proud to represent great, career-minded ethnic or socially diverse talent. However, in order to make sure we get it right, our application process requires some basic information, designed to help us better understand our members and offer the right opportunities.

The registration form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and covers:

* How we’ll get in contact with you
* Equal opportunities monitoring (ethnicity, age, gender, etc)
* Information about why you are eligible to join the Arrival Network
* An overview of your education (please note, you do not need to have been to university to become a member of the Arrival Network)
* Your current career experience and future interests
* Your CV and LinkedIn profile if you have them available

Once you’ve joined, you’ll be sent an email where you add can even more to your profile, helping us to get to know you and offer you better programmes and opportunities.

We already have a D&I strategy, how can you support it?

Since 2006, we have worked with more than 4,000 socially and ethnically diverse young people, drawn from across London and the UK. We are experts in developing diverse young people both overcome life barriers and get the careers their talent deserves.

Additionally, we have also helped many globally recognised brands become more able to attract, retain and develop diverse talent.

We're at the beginning of our journey. What if we don't know what we need?

Arrival Education believes that talent isn’t defined by where you come from, what you look or sounds like, what school you went to, or how much your parents earn. For us, “talent” is more meritocratic, it means young people with ambition, drive, openness and the will to succeed in a corporate environment. We don’t focus on purely academics, we are more interested in developing the right skills and behaviours required to do well in the world of work.

Can we advertise our opportunities to your network?

At Arrival Education, we believe that there are not enough people from low-income and/or ethnically diverse backgrounds in positions of leadership in UK PLC. This has a detrimental impact on business and society. Since 2006, through our award-winning work, we have demonstrated our commitment to changing this. The Arrival Network is our current way of giving as many young people from socially and ethnically diverse backgrounds we can the access to the real knowledge, skills and insights required for career success. By doing this, we will create the diverse leaders that business and society desperately needs.

We give members of the Arrival Network early access to fantastic internships, graduate/entry level schemes and job opportunities. All our internships are at well-known companies that have a different outlook on the world and want to hire talented people like you. We partner with leading businesses to deliver coaching programmes, talks and workshops. These will arm members with the vital information required for career success. Our programme places are limited, but Arrival Network members get priority and we’ll let you know as soon as applications go live.
