The programme was designed to to put business leaders of global corporations, the coaches, face to face with diverse young talent, the coaches, to learn how to lead and engage individuals of different backgrounds and create an inclusive and inspiring work climate in times of business growth and change. For Arrival Network participants, the coachees, the 9-month leadership development programme designed to support them to achieve some of their goals and understand how to implement leadership into their personal and professional practices.
